Roche Bobois reveals several unprecedented artistic collaborations at Milan Design Week: :

Central to this event is an exceptional collaboration with Pedro Almodóvar: a collection paying tribute to the Spanish film director, a master of color and of visual design.
The iconic pieces include a limited-edition reissue of the Lounge sofa, which becomes a graphic canvas tracing his aesthetic universe, and a Bubble sofa reinvented in a technicolor palette to celebrate the 10th anniversary of this design icon.

Pedro Almodóvar : “To me, these pieces of furniture are far more than mere objects: they are pieces of life that unleash a highly positive energy. The colors and patterns I’ve chosen reflect an intense joie de vivre. I am convinced that sitting on this sofa, walking on these rugs or just looking at these designs will breathe renewed optimism into everyone.”

This creative adventure is extended with Rossy de Palma, the director’s muse and accomplice, who brings her unique energy to an exclusive capsule collection. True to her bold and inimitable style, she has designed both expressive and elegant pieces.

These collections are previewed in the Roche Bobois Milan showroom from April 7 to 13, in the heart of the Durini Design District, ahead of their official launch.
