With NATIV, Raphael Navot has created for Roche Bobois a collection with natural and organic lines: a dialogue between nature and culture, marked by geometric mastery and spontaneous forms, using noble materials and crafted in an artisanal manner.
The Patchwork tables are a stunning example of contemporary woodworking: set within an oval, the assembly features an extremely complex arrangement of numerous wood pieces, each with a unique grain pattern, and the design never repeats. The joint that highlights the pattern can be filled in for dining tables or left open for cocktail tables and consoles. Behind these creations, one senses the skill of the artisan… ...

Dining table with a top made of high-density fiberboard with marquetry of 1.5 mm pieces of solid oak separated by a black joint (available in various shades). Legs made of de-fibrated solid limewood with Charbon stain.

Raphael Navot

Multidisciplinary, Raphael Navot identifies himself as a non-industrial designer. A graduate from Design Academy Eindhoven, he likes to combine artisanal know-how with contemporary methods, whether in his interior architecture projects or in his custom furniture orders. In Paris, Raphael Navot has produced the Club Silencio in collaboration with David Lynch, and the Hôtel National des Arts et Métiers. For Roche Bobois he has imagined the NATIV collection with natural and organic lines: a dialog between culture and nature combined with the mastery of geometry and spontaneous shapes, it is manufactured by hand with noble materials.
