Designer
Christian Ghion first studied law before applying his mind to design. He graduated from ECM (the design department of the École d'Architecture in Charenton) and founded his design studio in 1989. In 1990 he won the “Grand Prix de la Création de la Ville de Paris”. His reputation grew throughout the 2000s. Ghion has won many awards and distinctions, and was made a Chevalier des Arts et des Lettres in 2006. His creations are exhibited in New York at the Guggenheim Museum, and in Paris at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs and the Centre Georges Pompidou.
